A 440,000 SF, 5-story, 80-unit, high-end residential condo development including a penthouse story, 2 levels of subterranean parking, 1 subterranean maintenance level, 14,000 SF of restaurant, retail and office space, 50,000 SF of outdoor plaza, pool, hot tub, fitness center with locker rooms, spa, yoga studio, lounge, and ski storage.
SOLERA APARTMENTS (LEED GOLD)

The lighting design for this mixed-use project included 120 residential units in an 11-story residential development with two ground floor retail spaces, parking garage, offices, main lobby, and common areas designed to LEED GOLD certification.
WENGER SWISS ARMY STORE
BOULDER, CO
This award-winning high-end retail store on Pearl Street exemplifies aggressive energy efficiency while preserving the aesthetics of the space. The lighting design reveals the merchandise as well as the impressive artwork, colors, and finishes selected for the interior design while coming in 36% under energy code requirements.
DENVER FEDERAL CENTER
LAKEWOOD, CO
The largest roof-top PV installation in the Front Range,
Phase I includes a 3.2 MW DC System installed on the roofs of three existing buildings on campus, including medium-voltage grid tie-in. The rooftop system produces enough energy to offset the usage in 500 homes in the region. Phase II includes the addition of a new 3.6 MW DC System installed across new carports, and two different field arrays. The carports have the added benefit of shading cars from the abundant Colorado sun, reducing the immediate use for air conditioning during the hot summer months.
